From where I sit

Well, needless to say, it's been a while. My apologies. I've been ... busy. I started work over in the Pendleton/Hermiston area which, unfortunately, has included a lot of driving/riding and learning routes I'll be in charge of. But, today was an absolutely beautiful day in Eastern Oregon.  Here is just a taste of what I saw for six hours today.

I've started to really see the unique beauty of Umatilla and Morrow Counties. There are roads I've gone on where I feel like I'm not sure if I really exist because there is nothing, absolutely nothing around me for miles and miles and miles (kind of like that whole, "if a tree falls in the woods does it make a sound if nobody hears it" kind of thing ...). It's amazing.

I've also been busy re-habing the trailer. Picture updates will be forthcoming.

Oh, I can't WAIT to see photos of the trailer! I told the girls we should gut our RV and redo it on the inside. It's rather bland right now with everything that country blue (gray-blue). Boring!

However, I've got a new hobby that's taking more of my time these days. Stop over to my blog and check it out.
