22 was a weird year for me. Started out fine enough, then was kind of rough the second, oh, two-thirds. But, I have a good feeling about 23. Gray clouds can only stay so long, right? 22 wasn't all bad, either. I really, in some odd round-about way, came into my own. I'm more comfortable in my skin and in who I am than I have ever been. I feel more confident and independent, even if I don't always know what I'm doing. I'm in a good place and I look forward to moving forward, even if it's only one step at a time.
It was on that road and at that hour that I first became aware of my own self, experienced an inexpressible state of grace, and felt one with the first breath of air that stirred, the first bird, and the sun so newly born that it still looked not quite round. --Colette
This is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end.
But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.
--Winston Churchill

Happy Birthday!! (even though I'm a day late!)
See getting old isn't so bad :)
A very belated happy birthday to you! It is my sister's birthday on this day as well, but she's a mite older than you.
I hope your day was grand!
P.S. Kind of funny, but I was about your age (22) when you were born and I remember all those songs very clearly!
